Electrolux ha creato Quism, un prodotto che serve, tra le altre cose, a ridurre virtualmente la distanza dalle persone care.

Si tratta di un piano cottura tecnologico che consente di essere sempre in contatto non solo audio, ma anche visivo, con chi si vuole, magari anche solo per scambiarsi ricette o consigli utili per cucinare.

Il design è molto curato, e da non sottovalutare il fatto che questo oggetto sia richiudibile su sé stesso in modo da non occupare troppo spazio.

Quism, elaborato dal Team Synergy, a sua volta costituito dai designer Aneesha Bharadwaj, Lidwina Utama Go, Nicklaus Tan, Kalaivanan, può essere configurato secondo due modalità: sia come sala da pranzo, grazie a delle “ali” che possono essere aperte per assolvere la funzione di tavolo, che come una vera e propria cucina, grazie ai numerosi elementi e punti di calore che favoriscono la cottura.

The Quism Interactive Cooking Platform is definitely one step closer to the Jetson’s style of life. Quism works by allowing the user to travel, dine and cook all virtually and anywhere they want. Electrolux, the designer behind Quism, claims the user is able “to dine with other family members living in different parts of the globe alone with tele-cooking, tele-dining and the sharing of recipes.”

This is actually a Jetson’s creation brought into real life. The Quism Interactive Cooking Platform is great for those families who want to be together on holidays, but are separated by oceans!
